Exchange and Returns Policy

Exchange and Return Policy:

Ebanaat Customers can Exchange and Return their purchases within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, under the following terms and conditions:

1-      The item should be in its original condition, with its unused and unopened packaging, and its tags.

2-       The original purchase receipt should be accompanied with the item.

3-      That the commodity to be replaced or recovered does not conform to the standard specifications or has a manufacturing defect.

4-      You can exchange any product if you wish with another size, but on condition that the product is as it was received and as mentioned in the terms and conditions.

5-      Gold, socks, underwear, swimwear, Oud, incense and their derivatives cannot be returned or exchanged, no if there is a defect in the product or if it violates the standards and specifications.

6-      When wanting to return cosmetics and perfumes, please be careful not to open or use them and without prejudice to any packaging.

7-      With regard to gold, you can exchange and return it within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the product, provided the original invoice is present.

8-      Products that are in boxes must be returned with their original boxes without exposing them to any damage, such as shoes and accessories.


Method of return and exchange:

- The customer will be contacted by the retrieval department, and the problem will be solved according to the previous terms and conditions.

-Please note that shipping and delivery charges are not refundable.



After receiving the product, it will be inspected and you will receive an email confirming that we have received the product that you wish to exchange.

- You will be contacted to inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the replacement request

- When the exchange request is accepted for the returned product, we will ship the products that were requested as a replacement

- If the return or exchange request is not accepted, we will return the product to you, with an explanation of the reason for rejection

In the event that the payment is delayed or not received:

- The refund is based on the method of payment, either by way of a voucher (coupon), or by recovering the amount on the bank account.

- In the event that you are late or not receiving the refund, please contact the bank, as this process may sometimes take from 10 to 20 days for the refunded funds to appear in your bank account.
